Hugh Grossman was a graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts and worked for the Boys Club in Hilo for many years and then served as tour guide on Mauna Kea for the last 10 years of his life. Estelle Young graduated in 1967 magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley Mass and received her M.D. degree from SUNY-Brooklyn, Downstate Medical Center in 1971, was Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Medical College of Virginia, served as Consultant in Dermatalogy for the State of Virginia and now works as Dermatologist for Cerebral Palsy Associations of NY State.
